Role of Mobile Technology on Business Opportunism and Performance of SMEs in Sri Lanka

The study empirically examined how the use of mobile technology affects opportunism and business performance Small Medium-sized Enterprises (SMEs) in Sri Lanka. Partial Least Squares-Structural Equation Modelling (PLS-SEM) was utilized to analyze data that collected from 400 SMEs by utilizing a structured questionnaire having face-to-face telephony inter-views. Results revealed generates significant positive effect on and, consequently, negative while makes impact SMEs. Simultaneously, considerably interposes relationship between SME performance. Finally, has made strong recommendation strengthen its applications which highly relate solving issues faced current imperfect market mechanism.
